Instructions for wooden crates unloading and storage
1) Unloading wooden crates from the container.
Step 1. If the wooden crates are stacked 2 layers in the container along with length of container, need to use a long arm( as the following picture) which are installed on the forklift. One the end of the arm, there is a hook with steel rope.
Step 2. Put the steel rope on bottom of the wooden crates and bind it put on the hook on the long arm, lift it and move out of the container.
Step 3. If all of the wooden crates are loaded horizontally, it is easy to be unloaded by forklift as the following picture. No need the long arm.
2)Opening wooden box
Step 1. Cut the green strip which are on the wooden crates and take the wooden board on the top which links two long sides
Step 2.Taking wooden slice on the two short sides of the crates as the picture.
Step 3. Take the wooden cover on the one side of long side as the following picture.

Step 4. Take glass out one by one pieces.
Storage instructions
A. Make sure the environment dry and avoid any rain or water.
B. It is better to keep glass not less than 6 months.
C. The total wooden crates are put on the ground and don't stack for long time.
