FAQ

Q: 1.What terms of delivery do you offer?

A: FOB (Free On Board): The seller is responsible for all costs related to delivering the goods to the ports in China. After delivery, the buyer takes over shipping, insurance, and any associated responsibilities.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): The seller covers the costs of shipping and basic insurance until the goods reach the destination port. After that, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any related duties.
CFR (Cost and Freight): The seller pays for goods + ocean freight to destination port. Buyer handles insurance, import duties, and arranges truck/rail transport to their facility.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): The seller delivers goods to an agreed address, covering transport and risk. Buyer pays import duties/taxes upon arrival. Offers customs control but requires the buyer's local handling.

Q: 22. What's the difference between tempered and annealed glass?

A: Tempered Glass: 3–5x stronger, shatters into small granules (safe). Used in facades, doors.
Annealed Glass: Breaks into sharp shards (cheaper, used for further processing).

A: Cause: Nickel sulfide (NiS) impurities (spontaneous breakage rate: ~0.1–0.3%).
Solution: Heat-soaked tempered glass (reduces risk) or laminated glass.

Q: 24.How to evaluate glass energy efficiency?

A: Key metrics:
U-value (lower = better insulation).
SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient; lower = less heat entry).
VLT (Visible Light Transmittance; higher = more natural light).
Example: Low-E coatings reduce U-value by reflecting infrared heat.

Q: 25.What is the best glass makeup for sun-exposed façades?

A: Low-E + IGU: Reflects heat while maintaining light.
Tinted/Reflective Glass: Reduces glare but may darken interiors.
