Triple Glazing Glass

Laurel triple glazing glass is composed of three layers of glass and is enclosed by two partitions. Argon or helium is used between each two glass panes to provide further insulation because these gases are denser than air and are unlikely to heat through the IGU.

Laurel triple glazing glass is an effective way to reduce air-to-heat transfer through the glazing. When used with a Low-E and a reflective coating on the #2 or #4 side for three-layer insulating glass, the IG unit performs better in terms of energy savings and construction requirements. Because Low-E coatings are better at reducing air-air heat transfer, spacing technology has become the focus of incremental improvements. A typical commercial gasket consists of a shaped aluminum filled with a desiccant to absorb any residual moisture within the IG unit, thereby reducing potential condensation. Although this is a structurally robust material, the aluminum-glass shrinkage point is a very effective thermal conductor that may increase the temperature difference between the center of the glass and the edge of the glass, which may cause condensation and reduce the temperature and overall U value of the unit. This glass has many advantages, such as safety, high strength, sound insulation, dustproofing, beauty, elegance, and warmth.
