Ultra Clear glass also called low iron glass, extra clear glass. It is a type of high-quality and multi-functional high-grade glass. Low-iron glass material edges out most other similar glass products, thanks to its special production process and a wide variety of outdoor and indoor applications.
Because the raw material of production contains less iron raw material, it contains only 10% of the iron that regular glass contains. Therefore compared with the regular glass overall performance green, ultra clear glass overall is transparent and crystal clear. Even at a thickness of 12mm, extra clear glass remains a clear color.

Is ultra-clear glass better blue if viewed from the side?
The answer is no.
Some people judge the quality of ultra-clear glass based on its color, but this method is not accurate. The blue and green colors of glass are not solely due to the iron content, but also due to other metal oxides.
The transparency of low iron glass is determined by its iron content. So when assessing ultra-clear glass quality, we can compare brightness and transparency by examining the thickness of the glass. For a more precise assessment, a professional instrument to measure the transmittance would provide a more accurate result.
