Padel Courts Glass

Padel glass for tennis courts is made from tempered glass and tempered laminated glass.

Laurel tempered glass, also known as toughened glass, is produced by heating annealed glass to approximately 650°C, at which point it begins to soften. A strong compression is created when the external surfaces are rapidly cooled. The heating and cooling processes are carefully controlled, and the parameters used in this process significantly influence the quality of the tempered glass.

Fully tempered glass is 4 to 5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness. Glass can be heat-strengthened, heat-soaked, polished at the edges, drilled, treated, and printed using silkscreen or digital methods.

Typically, the edges of padel glass should be flat polished for optimal safety and aesthetics.
